Dracula is Melissa’s third show at Lee Street Theatre. For her director’s concept, she chose to follow Stephen Dietz’s playwright note and have Dracula symbolize nothing, but a terrifying monster ruining the lives of young women and men. Through Laban movements, isolated lighting and set pieces, and abundant use of blood, Dracula was a true nightmare come to life.
